Hi,
I talked with a lady named Jenny a few weeks ago on a message board but it seems that that board has gone unresponsive since we last messaged. My name is Matt Lazar, and I received a sports coat from your site as a Christmas gift., it\'s a great jacket, but its a size or two too small, the arms are a couple inches short and its very tight in the armpits. How can I send it back for an exchange or refund?
It was ordered by Vanessa Wolfe a couple of months ago. Order# 108-4890359-0605001

In regards with the order 108-4890359-0605001, I found out that it is an order fulfilled by Amazon.
We want to assist you on how to return the item for an exchange or refund but, as your order is not fulfilled or shipped by us, we will not be able to do so.
The aforementioned order is categorized as an FBA order, or Fulfillment By Amazon.
Amazon takes care of all things regarding the said order so you need to contact their Customer Support department.

Hey Jenny,
So now there's the issue that Amazon won't return, exchange, or refund the jacket, as it's been more than 30 days since it was purchased. Is there anything TheLees can do about this or can I return it somehow?
I thought all this time that I was going through the right process of returning it to your company, and now it seems it's too late to do anything with it.
Please let me know as soon as possible if there's anything you can do to help.

Though we wanted to help you, we cannot do anything about it anymore :(
Because, your order was made and fulfilled by Amazon. Meaning, they owned the item before you purchased it.
With that, your order is their responsibility and what they can do to cater your concern will be based or be depending upon the policy they follow.
