Thank you for the message.
In regards with the pants, we usually suggest the size of it based on the usual waist/Pants size of the buyer.
So for example you are in size 30, I suggest that you get the same size.
However, we still strongly advise you to take a look of the measurements of the item in each size
especially the LENGTH of the item and other measurements to avoid any problem in fitting.
Just please be guided that measurements are done in cross-section (measuring across from one side to the other/ not the circumference)
