I checked the size chart and i know 2XL could be my size, but the hips,thighs,and length of the pants are either slightly big or small. Is there any way you can do adjustments, to be my perfect fit?

Please note that you can choose a suitable size for each component(jacket/pants/vest) of the suit separately.
As i checked your bottom size, i would recommend you 2XL. (XL size could be small for you) Unfortunately, we can't customize the pants for you.
In my personal opinion, the size 2XL would be the best choice for you, since the length of the pants can be adjustable by mending.
