Hello TheLeesShop Customer Service,
On November 30th, I placed and paid for order 20161130233900943MC which includes 8 items. This order has been listed as “Before Shipping” and I have not received any notice for the delay. However, I have just received a notice, 2 weeks after the order was placed, that one or more of the items are out of stock.
Please cancel and refund my order 20161130233900943MC in its entirety as I no longer wish to do business with TheLessShop. Thank you for your immediate time and attention to this matter.

First of all, we are sorry for the delay in shipping and have disappointed you.
The reason of the shipping delay is that one of the items in your order was out of stock and we have sent you (Email: wellow@gmail.com ) sold out notification two times.
(1st sold out notification was sent on December, 5. 2nd sold out notification was sent on December 14)
We regret that you have missed our notification.
We are waiting for your instruction about the sold out item so far. We make every effort to ship customer's order as quickly as we can without any problem.
However, in the event of that an item is not available to ship due to stock out issue such as your order , we need to confirm customer's wish before we ship the order.
That's why the processing of your order has been delayed.
We once again apologize for your inconvenience caused and we have cancelled your order as you requested.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 12 hours.
Please check reversal of transaction in your credit after 3-4 days.
