In the event that an item is is not in stock and the order was paid by a credit card through Paygate,
we can't send the shipment separately without customer's permission.
Because there is a restriction for refund. We can not refund the payment partially, even if the customer wants to have a partial refund for sold out item and send the available items.
That's why we have sent you a sold out notification to get your confirmation and we need a further instruction on your part.
If you have a paypal account, we can refund the money for sold out item by sending a payment through paypal.
If you want to get shop point(1 point = 1 dollar), then we will give shop points so that you can use it next time.
