Well, my first order was a nice looking vest. But when it was delivered it looked crooked (production mistake I guess), so I e-mailed to customer service and immediately got an answer from Mr. Bong. They would replace it with a new one, no further questions asked. I told them that would be great, but what really impressed me was that 3 days later I had a new vest along with 3 other shirts that I already ordered! Mr. Bong send them to me express with tracking. So although the first item wasn't what I expected, now I have a perfect new vest and a very good service from TheLees! Thanks!
