Well, the vest isn't for me, but rather my cousin who wears a US large, and the vest fits perfectly! the material are great, and the style is completely unique. His only gripe is that the buttons are hard to do/undo, as its a very tight fit between the buttons and the button holes, but apart from that everything is perfect.
