Title  Very Poor Service
I had ordered from you and received a phonecall yesterday saying that it will be delivered today (07.12.12) and asked how I would pay fro the shipping - I replied that I would be paying by cash. It has been no more than an hour away from me (it was signed at gatwick) at 9am this morning and it still has not reached me. Very poor service.
