Title  Why tell people to use gmail to asap change an order while in 'before shipping' if you're not going to reply??
been waiting for 2 days for a reply trying to change the size on my ordered item!

why say to use that gmail address when nobody is going to reply?

item will be shipped in wrong size while i sit and wait.

is this good customer service?
