hello, i need advice on if you think this will fit me. i am actually a petite woman, but i like men's fashion. i am 5 feet 2 inches (about 158 cm), weigh 110 lbs (about 49 kg). i am fairly thin... i often get pants that are 28 short in men's in US sizing. i find that the waist will fit just right but the pant legs are too wide because i am skinny and U.S. fashion does not have a lot of very slim fit clothes for men. do you think this medium suit would fit me okay? do you think it's not too big, and i could just take it to the tailor to make it a better size for me?

Given your height and weight, Tag M for the top could be proper you. But as you told us, the pants length (inseam) could be long for petite size women even though the it has slim fit style.
If you would mend it on your side, you'd better to take Tag M.
