I'm looking at buying your Mens Slim Fit Single Breasted Peaked Lapel 1 Button Velvet Blazer, but I'm concerned as to what size to get. I'm about 5' 7", 145lbs and normally wear a 36S or R (I'm in between) jacket and a small(US) shirt. I like to wear fitted shirts and jackets, but I don't want to get one that's too small. Could you help me select the correct size?

Given your height and weight, you fall between the size of the items that is equivalent to US S and US M size.
This is based on a general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
However, it does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
In this cases, we would like to strongly suggest to check out the size chart of the item for further size reference.
It will be better that way. In there, you will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Just please be guided that measurements are done in cross-section (measuring across from one side to the other/ not the circumference).
