So I was excited to get the coat but then I tried it on.
- A button immediately came off.
- The torso is pretty wide and the sleeves are short. This is confusing to me. I ordered a small and I knew I may have to take the sleeves out but why on a small is the torso so freakin' big too? I'm a thin guy, gimme a break. What do I have to do to get a 24+ sleeve and still have a thin torso?
- The zipper kinda sticks. There are times I really have to yank it to get it up.
- There is a spot where it feels like their is a thread restricting one of the pockets a bit.
I've been happy with a lot of the stuff I've gotten from TheLeesShop but this jacket kinda sucks and it's one of the more large scale expensive things I've gotten.

In regards with your confusion regarding the measurement of some parts of the item, can you check in its size chart if the measurements were accurate with the item you received?
Also, I hope you could check your item's torso measurement and let us know (picture of the item with how you measure it)
so that we can check further if there is something wrong with your item's torso measurement.
We would also like to see a picture of the whole item and the parts of it that will show other problems you stated with the item clearly.
