This shirt is okay. I'm not liking the smaller collar. It doesn't work well with a tie. It seems to get wrinkled easily and seems a bit stiff.

I am so sorry to hear that you didn't like the small collar of the item.
However, the item is really designed like that.
If you will check the pictures of the item in our website, you will be able to see that the collar of the item is really thin/ small.
The item will go well as it is (without a tie) or if you will use a necktie that is thinner in width.
Also, ironing it very well will be of great help in preventing it from being wrinkled easily.
