I have not been able to track my packages after i was notified that its been shipped. Anytime i try too track it through the FEDX web site , it tells me "There is no shipping information on this package"

last April 12, you called us to change an item into SG09 Navy 2XL, and that is Friday, so we just processed the order yesterday Monday April 15. Sorry for the delay, but we just got back to business yesterday after weekends.

It usually takes maximum of 5 working days.
