Hi What size should i get?
I'm 157lbs, 5'7". My chest is 38in, shoulder is 40in, sleeve is 33in, and neck is 16in.

Thanks for asking.
Given your measurement it seems that you fall in two different sizes. Your weight suggest me of US M sz but it will be long for you since it only fits a 5'9 person, but I guess, the safest sz to get is US M rather than US S.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
