Hi,
I just received my order and everything looks as shown on the website, which is great!
I am a bit frustrated by the how the amount due on delivery was half the price of my order. I understand that there is customs and taxes, however DHL charges also additional $14 delivery and processing. For that reason I am not a fan of DHL.
My suggestion would be to provide people with another option shipping, other than just express (for order over $50), possibly EMS or something slower (which seems like the slower options sometimes avoids customs/duty). I don't mind it taking another a week or two if I don't have to pay additional 50% for my order.
I am not sure if other people experience this too, but I am not sure if I can continue ordering from this site if there's additional delivery/processing fees on top what I already pay for.

Thanks for letting me know of this problem.
I am sorry about the payments that are charged by you by DHL, we received several complaints about it already, but we are investigating on that.
Maybe next time, you can ask us to use EMS for your Future orders, but sending it using either Standard or EMS will not guarantee that you will not be charged of Tax. Knowing your country, Canada, it has really a lot of charges.
But anyway, I usually dont reimburse Tax, but I am willing to do it this time around for you. I am willing to reimburse 50% of it.
