This is my first time using your site to purchase clothes and it\'s starting to be a bad experience. Especially since I ordered using express shipping and expect my clothes to come in fast with quality. Please accomplish this to my first purchase.

Please be reminded that we have 2~3 days handling time before sending out an order (after purchase)
and it excludes Saturday and Sunday.
With this, your order was supposed to be shipped today however
as we were preparing your items for delivery, we received an update that your item CGD8012-BLUE-M is completely sold out.
The item is in demand and regrettably, we ran out of stock for your order.
We tried to get a stock of the item but unfortunately, we can't find another good source of the item anymore.
We are really sorry for this.
Would you like to replace the item with another item instead? We have items: CGD114 / CGD140 / CGD125 / CGD113
on-stock and that can go together with your available items and have it shipped immediately through Express~DHL.
But if you want, we can also send your available items and process a refund for the sold out item instead.
